The eighth episode of season 4 is dedicated to revisits to the restaurants that Gordon Ramsay saved in the second and third seasons. Roughly after one year of the relaunch, Gordon covers 3 restaurants in this revisit episode:

1. Lido Di Manhattan, Manhattan Beach revisited:

Gordon enters the restaurant and sees Bruna, a familiar face from the staff. Lido Di Manhattan is busy and that always is a good sign. Lisa welcomes Gordon (She was in the bathroom when Gordon enters the restaurant). Lisa tells Gordon that business is really good. She also tells Gordon that she has been learning, she now has a grip on how the kitchen works. Lisa offers Gordon, Gordon inspired mushroom flatbread.

Lisa tells that business is up 20% and is now profitable. Gordon asks about Damien, Lisa’s boyfriend. Lisa tells Gordon that Damien got out after one week of the relaunch. Gordon asks Lisa to list her worst moment from the relaunch. Lisa tells Gordon that finding dust during the dinner service was the worst moment for her. Gordon goes into the kitchen with Lisa and takes white gloves out to check any dust around. The kitchen is spotless.

Lisa tells Gordon that he inspired her to launch her own Lido brand wine. She asks Gordon to help her make a dish. Gordon teaches her a duck dish. Bruna tastes the food and it is amazing. Lisa gifts Gordon a bottle of Lido brand wine. Gordon is happy for her success.

Gordon arrives at the restaurant but finds out that Anna Vincenzo's is out of the business. Gordon meets former server Ashton. She tells Gordon that CeCe slipped back to her old ways. Right after the relaunch, CeCe increased the prices. Soon enough, CeCe reduced the portion sizes. To know her side of the story, Gordon visits CeCe at her home.
Gordon does not recognize CeCe at first. CeCe has transformed herself and lost over half of her weight. Gordon asks her the motive behind selling the restaurant. She tells Gordon that her personal life and kids were more important than the restaurant. The restaurant was busy, but, an opportunity came and she sold the restaurant.

Gordon asks CeCe about her father. She tells that he had mixed feelings, but she is happy now. All the money coming from the sale is going to her day, she adds. She also tells Gordon that Michael left due to personal, business, financial issues. Gordon asks her to share her worst moment from the relaunch. The worst moment for her was when Gordon tells her that she does not care about the restaurant. Gordon is unhappy that the restaurant closed. But, she tells her that she is the best person to judge what is best for her, Gordon adds.

Gordon enters the restaurant and meets Elin. The restaurant is busy. Elin tells Gordon that business is around 20% up. Gordon asks Elin if Andy is still stubborn. Few things never change, but, Andy is doing a lot better, Elin responds. Gordon goes into the kitchen to meet Andy.

Andy is happy to see Gordon. He tells Gordon that he is now delegating in the kitchen. The best thing he learned from Gordon is that change is good. Andy is a changed man. Gordon asks Andy to cook him something. Gordon sits down with Elin and discusses the journey after the relaunch. Andy brings in food and Gordon likes it.

Le Bistro Lighthouse Point Revisited

Gordon asks Andy to share his worst moment from the relaunch. He lists when Gordon took them on the boat for feedback as his worst moment. To mark Le Bistro’s 10 years in business, Gordon raises toasts. A big HAHA moment on Andy’s face when Gordon jokes about “food on the house”.
