The last dish, bomb burger, looks good. Buns are toasted, but, when Gordon tastes it, it is very chewy. Gordon sends it back and shares his opinion on the for with the Chef and the owners. Colleen starts crying, she tells Gordon that neither her and Naomi are paid for over one year.

Gordon arrives at the restaurant to observe the dinner service. Gordon finds out that the staff is jotting down the orders. Colleen tells Gordon that computer and printer are out for over 6 months. It takes some time to understand the orders if the handwriting is bad. Naomi and Kevin push the orders very fast. But, most of the dishes are coming back to the kitchen. Customers are not happy with the food they are getting. The restaurant runs out of burgers, coffee and Colleen runs out of patience. Colleen leaves the kitchen and starts crying. The next day, Gordon call in a staff meeting. He asks everyone to write down two questions and issues. They ask why Colleen gets frustrated with the waitresses. Colleen answers that they need to take care of the customers. They are ignoring the customers and are texting between the service. Gordon asks Naomi, why is she such a pushover. Naomi tells them that she considers them all a family, Gordon corrects her. He tells her that her family is at home, this is her business. They ask Dom a question, why does kitchen always run out of the supplies. Dom gets defensive and tells them that he is not there every night. Dom starts to swear and he walks out of the meeting.

For the dinner service, Gordon asks Colleen to expedite in the kitchen. Naomi is handling front of the house. Gordon also introduces slider specials for the dinner service. Before the dinner service, Gordon again finds Ashley texting on the phone. The customers start arriving and the restaurant is busy. Orders are coming in very slow.
