The 10th episode of season 3 is dedicated to revisits to the restaurants that Gordon Ramsay saved in the first season and second season. Roughly after one year of the relaunch (rough filming date is March-June 2009 for the revisit episode), Gordon covers 3 restaurants in this revisit episode:

Gordon enters the restaurant and is greeted by Sam and Arthur. Sammy tells Gordon that things are really good. Arthur tells Gordon that their father, Dean is now retired and has passed the restaurant to them, Gordon is surprised to hear that. Dean is now in Syria. Gordon asks about Mark (restaurant manager), Sam tells Gordon that both Mark and old chef are no longer there in the restaurant.

Gordon calls Mark and asks him to meet him. Gordon checks the storage and it looks clean. Gordon goes out of the restaurant to meet Mark. Mark tells Gordon that he lost the respect among the team and left the restaurant, Mark is now working in raw food industry. Back in the restaurant, Sammy calls Dean and Gordon speaks to him. Dean thanks Gordon for all the help.

Arthur tells Gordon that business is up 10% year to year. Sammy’s girlfriend is now managing the restaurant. Gordon tastes few items, he is happy with the food. Gordon is proud of the commitment Sammy and Arthur are showing.

Yes, Sante La Brea closed in June 2011, they kept open for an extended time due to a sale deal.

With a small recap of last year’s revisit, update tells us that a buyer made Buddy an offer he could not refuse. He turned a significant profit and he credits Ramsay for the success. Buddy is now working as a private detective. As of his sons Brian and Jason, both are still working in the restaurant.

Is Finn McCool's, Westhampton Beach, New York closed?

Yes, the restaurant was sold to Michael Mancuso in 2009, the family still worked there till 2012. In March 2012, the restaurant was closed. Chef Brian started Shuckers with a childhood friend in 2011 and Jason works at Shuckers, Joe’s American Grill and Buoy One.

Gordon enters the eatery and meets owner Joe and his wife Kathy, the restaurant is busy. Gordon asks who handles the kitchen, Joe tells him that he sometimes interferes. Gordon goes into the kitchen and meets Sam, he is very happy to see Gordon. Sam tells Gordon that Brian is gone, he was a trouble.

Gordon sits down with Kathy, she tells him that business boomed after the relaunch. Joe is still fighting diabetes but she is happy that there are no fights within family anymore. She also tells Gordon that they lost the house, but that is mainly because of the economy.

Gordon tastes few dishes from Sam and he likes them very much. Gordon asks them to share best and worst moments from the relaunch. Gordon has a surprise for Borgia family, Gordon welcomes Italian American Chambers of Commerce member to present a recognition plaque to Joe, Joe is ecstatic.

One month after Gordon’s revisit, Borgia family decided to close the restaurant.

Yes, Giuseppi's Trattoria closed in July 2009, before closure they had one positive review on Yelp and overall positive reviews on yellow pages. Owners blame the state of the economy for the closure of the restaurant.
